Since February 2003, Air Arabia has been trying to make a place and a name for itself among the multitude of airlines operating around the world. An accessible website, agencies in airports, etc. show a desire to position itself on the market. But then why should you never travel with Air Arabia?

If not, here is an example of what can happen with a company that does not give any importance to its customers:
You have to take a flight on Wednesday morning to land in Europe on Wednesday at 12 p.m.
You receive a message that the flight is canceled and that you will take the next day at 11 p.m.
On Thursday, you wait for nothing at the airport and finally take your plane on Friday morning at 1 a.m.
You had business meetings, you had hotel reservations, etc. no problem, no one cares.
In such a situation, it seems very logical that you contact Air Arabia customer service. Orally, the contact person is ready to take your complaint, but in such a case you would of course like to do it in writing to have traces and follow-up.
After an initial email to the service describing the situation and requesting the compensation due in such a situation, you receive an automatic support email with a tracking number to be used for each future exchange.
You remain patient, but 3 weeks later, you contact customer service again using the receipt email and the reference number, which remains unanswered.
8 days later, you contact them again in a slightly more insistent manner, because you have been waiting for a response for over a month, which seems very long for a customer service.
A few days later, you receive a response email informing you that your complaint cannot be processed because you did not use the form available on their site. But they provide you with the link to allow you to access it. And a second email asking you to evaluate the customer service.
You then go to the form… and there you discover the consideration that Air Arabia has for its customers: it is impossible for you to fill out the form for the flight in question, because you have exceeded the deadlines… waiting for a response from them.
So you send a new email to Air Arabia customer service asking them to act again to take charge of the compensation and also to understand the meaning of the previous email.
10 days later you still have no response to this new message. Customer service has no consideration for its customers, the company does not respect the conditions of civil aviation in any way, you are just good to pay for your ticket and wait.
